Just a funny story

Summertime at our office is pretty casual as far as dress.  Today I had a meeting at the office that called for what I felt a little more of professional dress. So, I wore dress pants for one of the first times this summer! So, my appointment arrived at the office for our meeting, we shook hands and went into my office. There he saw Cricket lying on her bed and not getting up (good girl - we had chatted prior).  He told me he loved dogs and we spent most of our meeting with him on the floor with Cricket. It was pretty funny.  I am super excited about some of the areas of grief and loss that he is addressing in his practice and look forward to further meetings.
Trying to decide whether to cut my hair??  It gets long and THICK - so thick!  Also, this shirt has almost shoulder pads.   Do they work?  The shirt was a really good deal so if it doesn't, I can handle it :).  I really appreciate honesty in telling me if something looks okay or not.  I love this belt.  I wish I  had it in brown, too.

The weekend starts at 12 tomorrow for us.  I have a date with Steve for a nice long bikeride in the afternoon.  I also have a date with my yoga mat on Saturday morning.  I also have a date with Josh Groban and Steve on Saturday.  I am so excited.  What do you have planned this weekend?

Honestly, I didn't even know the shirt had shoulder pads until you mentioned it! Then again, I'm horrible when it comes to clothes, so I wouldn't be the one to ask. Have fun over the weekend!

The shirt looks great on you Becky, but if the shoulder pads bother you, have someone cut them out for you. I usually do that on most things that come with soulder pads...I've already lived throught the 80's! I will be spending my weekend at work...it's another glorious graduation day. Your weekend sounds amazing...enjoy!

Sounds like lots of nice dates this weekend :)
Enjoy it. I'm nothing much, just the kind of weekend I need.

I like the shirt, though it does look like it has shoulder pads to me. I think it would look better without them. Of course, that's all about personal taste.

Wish I did have plans for the week-end. But I'm just gonna go with the flow. Have a great one!
