Pausing for Angels

In yoga the message of taking time to pause with the solstice/summer. Stop. Pause. Appreciate. Breathe. Look around and appreciate the angels amongst you. Amazing. I walked over to get my hair trimmed and he said, this haircut is my treat. I walked up to the grocery store and the cashier that often calls out to me to ask me to come to his register and is always entertaining with the latest trivia did not disappoint.  The yard worker on our walk who called out to me and said his dog was nice but off leash and then called him to sit by him while we walked by.  A text from a friend wishing me a good day.  Her timing on texts is amazing of when that little lift is needed.   A knock on my office door from a sweet friend was a gift of THE most yummiest, still hot, cinnamon rolls.  We enjoyed cinnamon roll #2 outside on a summer evening.  Thank you!

Who were your angels today?

Knowing we'll walk tomorrow is my angel today. And the wonderful visit with a good friend while she decorated my toes with glitter tonight. See you in the AM!

such a neat post! Karen in North Logan is my angel today and yours on sat. Natalie who is making a much needed computer page that grandma just can't figure out. Camie who called just to say the house looked good. Many angels among us everyday. Now I must go and try to be an angel to someone.
