Blind Moment

I often go days - weeks without talking about my blindness other than blogging about it or answering some random questions often from people I don't know (which is fine - happy to do so). This coming week I get to talk about it at three different ocassions. First, what should I wear? Then, what should I say? Each oppotunity has a litle unique twist on the topic. But this picture is a classic blind moment in my life! I giggled. Questions?

Yes, I have a question. Which one did you end up drinking out of?!!! I'm laughing with you on memories of "blind moments" my dear friend!

Hey there Becky.
Good luck with the preparations. I am sure they will hang onto your every word.
What I've come to learn about you is that no matter what glass you are drinking out of, you are always in the process of filling it up. :) No blind moments!...always a positive plan. :)

Was it that you couldn't find your original cup and ended up filling up 3 cups with water and then drank all three?

Are you giving a talk about being blind?

Three talks, you're busy! I know you'll do a great job--and you'll LOOK terrific, too! Can't wait to hear more about them.

Hey Becky sometimes those of us with sight are blind in different ways. We go about our days uncounscously, not seeing what's in front of us.

Anyway hope you didn't drink all three. If so hope you were near a bathroom.

Good luck with your talks. I'm sure you will find just the right words.
