Necessity

We enjoyed a visit to the temple today and dinner with some friends.
As we entered the restaurant, there was some
questioning of this dog coming into the restaurant.
The hostess asked us - Is that dog a necessity? Yes and so was
the cupcake at the end of the meal.  Then, after we sat
down the waitress brought out a bowl of cut up
chicken for 'junior' the dog!  (Of course, Cricket couldn't
eat it - don't want Cricket to start thinking a necessity of
to a restaurant is having some chicken.)

I'm a little sad that boots
were a necessity today
with our SNOW!
 Maybe we will get in
some sledding tomorrow
after the run!

Poor Cricket...His appearance at establisments is always being questioned.
Like Obama's birth certificate (tee,hee)
I love Cricket...cause he takes care of YOU.

I wish I could be with your group the beginning of May and hang out. I am sure those wise women would all be very helpful for me.
cause you know what...NO ONE has really been able to Talk to me about the death of my son.
I hate to dwell on it with my kids, cause I'm the mom, suppossed to be the strong one.
My husband NEVER met Matt, and has never had his own kids, so I don't feel a "connect" to the grief there (although he tries very hard)
My sister and mom or Uber strong and choose to NOT talk of such things, and ya know what, they have NOT even put their arms around me to say "I feel so bad for you". nope
not there way.
Dad is a boob like me, but say's it is time to "let it go".
LET IT GO???????? really

sorry, didn't mean to go off on all of that. But tell your "ladies" hello from me and to think of me when they are in their groups talking and sharing and loving.......
