San Diego Girl Time

I spent the weekend in San Diego with Natalie. The weather was beautiful. Amazing to leave cold Utah and just enjoy sunshine for 2 1/2 days. Nice. The Navy's 100th Party was going on while we were trying to get to a baby shower.  Natalie helped me point the camera in the right direction! The traffic was crazy.
Do you think Cricket is saying, Are you serious we are going to stand in line at Sprinkles for an hour for a cupcake?
Yes!  We did get her a doggie cupcake
and a picture
and a yummy dozen after the wait.  The Raspberry Frosting with Chocolate was a favorite.  Yay for talking, room service, matching shirts

and giggling in dressing rooms.  Hoping the next visit is soon.

So were the Sprinkles cupcakes worth the hour standing in line? I've never had one before. They sure do look pretty--like you and Natalie in your matching shirts!

So glad you had fun and enjoyed the nice weather! It's supposed to rain sometime this week so you timed your trip just right. :)

What a perfect time to go to San Diego.
I used to go there with hubby #1 when BYU played in the Holiday Bowl. I loved it.

that must be some cupcake to have to stand in line for.

Mimi - Yes the hour wait was fun with sunshine and Natalie. It does sound a little crazy to wait that long for a cupcake!
Rudy - I'll go check out your giveaway! fun!
Beth & Alfie - yes!

I was there this past weekend too!! It's so funny because I was thinking about your Natalie living there while there. It really was amazing weather, wasn't it?! Made it really difficult to come home! Too bad we didn't run into one another at the airport!
I went with Trav to spend the weekend with my family for my grandma's 90th birthday. It was a great weekend.
Love you!
