Reflections at 46.  Today will be spent with my parents, Steve and Kendall, and of course, Cricket, celebrating my birthday!  I was able to chat with Natalie  from China.  Awesome gift to hear her wonderful experiences.  There is much to celebrate this birthday.   Life.  Good Health.  Family.  Friends. 

On Thursday, Shannon and I ran 10 miles.  We did it!  1/2 Marathon is next Saturday.   For the last five miles we had a beautiful dog, Kashi, run with us. (Cricket thinks she wants to go but she really doesn't.)  Sorry about the dogs' crazy eyes in the photo!

What do I want?  Nothing else.  Life is good.  Well, a new outfit is always fun :).
