Lunch and Such

Our  Nurturing Lunch  at the office was a positive today.   I had a blind panic moment when the ladies were all upstairs with the yoga instructor. Cricket and I were downstairs setting up the lunch. The paper used for the 'placemats' were in a stack with multiple colors.  I hadn't thought to pull out the red and green beforehand.  I was really wishing Cricket could identify colors. Luckily, another therapist popped in while I was setting up and identified the green and red papers.
The ladies loved this event and think it will become another tradition at our office.

Sidenote:  3.5 Mile Run at Race Pace this morning per our training schedule.  Looking forward to Stretch & Strengthen on the schedule tomorrow which = Yoga.  Also, 1/2 day work schedule and lunch with Roslyn

Wow! The group room looks so great! Good work, and the cookies were D-lish!
Gosh, I hope Layla is the reason why I am feeling so slow and out of breath on our runs, I'm starting to feel a little paranoid that I'm out of shape.

and PS - thank you so much for Layla's bath toys. So sweet. She played with them all day today and it was so thoughtful of you.

The table looks lovely. I'm sure everyone felt so pampered by your luncheon. It makes me feel festive just looking at it.

After seeing the picture, I think I just may steal your tradition. :)

Honestly it makes me tired just reading all you do in a day. Your table and all looks great.

Your table looks absolutely gorgeous! You have incredible taste. I am in awe since I so rarely do fancy or festive.

A color-ID tip for you. If you have an iPhone or an iPod Touch, there is an application that uses the built-in camera to identify colors. Very handy in just such a tight spot. :)
