Snippets

In one of my groups this week, I referred to a snippet. They laughed and indicated they had not heard that word before. Am I correct - a snippet is a small piece of something? I use it in referring to various things - a snippet of this, a snippet of that. Sometimes I will tell someone I can see a little snippet. (That sounds so much funner - than I have about 2 - 3 degrees of remaining cloudy vision.) Tonight on our bike ride, I found myself being so appreciative of the snippet of the sunset that I could enjoy.
and the snippet of our beautiful mountains to enjoy.
and mostly, enjoying spending the evening with someone I love so much.

Hope you have many snippets of joy this weekend.

That's a pretty common word around here! And it makes a fun blog post. :)

I use the word snippet too. I think it's a fun word to use. You know me, I'm the director of fun.

I love that word - it's certainly used here in San Luis Obispo, CA.
