Happy Weekend

Hope you have many things to smile about this weekend.
(Picture of Cricket 'smiling' by the flowers.)

Simple joys of my Thursday:

1. G-chatting with Natalie while they are in Paris, France.
2. Running 5K with my friends, Shannon, and Layla. Loving it and can't wait for the next time.
3. Dejunked stacks of handouts that haven't used in over two years. Done with 'save them just in case'. Feels great. My home office is about 10 lbs. lighter. Thanks, Jackie for the motivation. (She was going to do the same thing)
4. Organized my closet. One more week of summer clothes. I am one that switches out after Labor Day. Getting ready for some sweaters and cardigans again.

Small sadness of our day: We went to hop on our bike and the chain won't stay in. Our bike is getting TLC and a great tune up at BikeFix . Hopefully, will be back out in time for a weekend ride.

Soon to Celebrate: Since getting our new mileage reader in July on our bike, its almost to 1000 miles. There needs to be a celebration here when we reach 1000 miles on the bike. Almost to my 1000 post on my blog.

Have a great weekend
.

What a gorgeous photo of Cricket. Organizing and tossing out does feel good, doesn't it? I need to do some of that!
