Happy Weekend

(Picture of Cricket 'smiling')

By the way, tomorrow is National Yoga Day! You can come to Infusion studio for free tomorrow if you are in the neighborhood. Cricket will be there on her mat.

Wow, I have never heard of "National Yoga Day" before!

sorry but this comment is more about your post below this one. (and thanks for the happy weekend wishes) That is a interesting saying from your friend "that's the best way to go blind" such positive thinking. We could apply it to practically everything.
for me "eating your face off ---that's the best way to get fat" (tee, hee)
or getting Alzheimers "that's the best way to forget everything"

gotta slant things in a way that uplift us, make us laugh and keep us happy.

Read The Help ---It's a popular book right now and really good. (google the author, can't remember at this moment --it's that whole Alzheimers thing)
