We're a Team

Last night at the apple store (that store is amazing) a lady came up and commented to me how intently my guide was watching me and what a bond we must have together. Yes indeed! (I was so overwhelmed with all the info I was learning wasn't noticing - just knew she was sitting there being a good girl).
I often refer to us, we, our when talking about something I am doing! It is such a partnership. We are a great team! (I'm excited Natalie is going to show this low tech mom how to describe my pictures.)

I do the same "we, us, our" thing. I don't even notice I'm doing it until someone who I'm not very familiar with calls me on it. Everyone who knows me well just expects it, James is part of me, we're a team, you don't get one without the other.

Hey Becky, I don't know if you know who I am, but I was part of GPS and raised two guide dogs with them. Sadly, I am not really involved with Guide Dogs for the Blind because I went off to college, but hopefully next year I will start puppy sitting again. Anyways, for the past 2 months I have been training with Team In Training to run the LA Marathon to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in honor of Ezra Sherman, who I was friends with through puppy club. I was wondering if you would be able to make a small donation, or maybe do a post to let other people know about it on your blog. my website for donations and my progress is http://pages.teamintraining.org/los/LA10/mgordonnn7. Thanks and I hope you are having a wonderful holiday season.
