Midlife Celebration

These days I yearn to have as much time as possible to be active ... walking with Cricket, cycling, hiking, and yoga are some of my favorites. I refer to it as my 'midlife celebration'. Hoping the ability to be active and in good health continues for years to come. Today we enjoyed our 24-miler route. We were doing pretty good until the last few miles when it began to be a downpour. We were drenched!Later we hiked along the Bonneville Shoreline. Missy, our pug, joined us although she had to be carried for most of the way back.

Side note to my smile and wrinkles

They're NOT wrinkles. They're laugh lines--who wouldn't want those?! I loved Natalie's post, too--you do a mean cartwheel!

Midlife celebration. . . .I like it.
Dan says I have discovered the fountain of youth. I also love Yoga and have recently added meditation ( 3 weeks now) I expect this softening of the face and the uplift at the corners of the face will erase tension and wrinkles. Patterns of holding.
