My little red tether is my anchor in running with my friends. A beautiful guide dog has been my tether/anchor in mobility and independence for 17 years: 1. Pantera 2. Cricket, and now my beautiful 3. Georgina (Georgie). A life of family and friends is my joy and anchor in life.

Simple Pleasures of the Day

Some of my favorites of today - Enjoying flowers with Cricket
Crossing the overpass on the bike scares me. I told Steve we need to stop and take my picture so I can embrace my fear. We laughed and took the picture.

Finding a special note from Steve acknowledging the start of celebrating our Silver Anniversary in 12 days with a pretty silver necklace!

An 80's disco song coming on the radio and dancing with Steve. One of my loves about our house is space to dance.

Cliche but so true: Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the number of moments that take our breath away.

Good job for facing your fear of the overpass! I am scared of them too....so I just avoid them.

You and Steve are such a wonderful example of how to enjoy marriage.
