Yoga Update

I began yoga a few months ago for something fun to do with a friend. The benefits have been fabulous -- mentally, emotionally, physically, socially - I really look forward to it each week and hope to get my schedule so I can add another class into the week. The part that I was not prepared for was the bonding experience for me and Cricket! She is hilarious ... we bring her a mat and she hangs out on that for most of the hour - then when we get to the ending segment she comes and lays right on top of me and snuggles up for the final five minutes - Ah, mindfulness with my sweet girl by my side sometime licking off the sweat from my face is pure bliss!

COOL1
MIRAGE GOES INTO DEEP 'SLEEP' DURING SAVASANA. . .HER BREATHING TAKES THE WHOLE CLASS DOWN. . ..
I OFTEN REACH OVER IN A LAYING TWIST AND SNUGGLE A LEG OR ARM OVER HER. I KNOW YOGA HAS BEEN GOOD FOR MIRAGE, SHE IS VERY MELLOW.
OOPS ABOUT THE CAPITALS
Love, Susan
