My little red tether is my anchor in running with my friends. A beautiful guide dog has been my tether/anchor in mobility and independence for 17 years: 1. Pantera 2. Cricket, and now my beautiful 3. Georgina (Georgie). A life of family and friends is my joy and anchor in life.

Life is about Adapting
It seems in life we are continually adapting to changes. Steve has always had some creative options for me with adaptations that I need (creating a tether so we can run together, helping me organize my closet, ... the list goes on). Missy, our little hearing impaired, blind (partially - we think), some arthritis pug began to have difficulty getting back into the house through the doggie door. She would stand outside and bark. Steve created her an added step and she is happily getting back in now!
