In our Mindfulness Conference in San Diego we each (all 800 of us) came up with a vow ... how we want to live our lives. I plan to write more about the life changing conference. It was so amazing on a personal level as well as gave me new gifts and tools to share with my clients and others. This one I plan to incorporate and share with others. I was super excited when this conference was located in San Diego - I've been watching for one I could attend so I could also visit with my daughter, Natalie, Adam & Dahlia. I love spending time with them! Natalie took us to the most amazing flower fields (50 acres of beauty) on the same day that we had flown out of Utah in snow. I loved giggling in a dressing room as we tried on clothes, eating fun new food and mostly just being with her. What an amazing gift our children are ... It is such a joy to be with them and experience their beauty. Dahlia and Cricket had so much fun running around (great way to burn off energy after sitting all day in a conference) and appreciate so much Natalie and Adam's gift of love and warmth in welcoming us to their beautiful city!
Christy (colleague and friend) and I enjoyed our time together so much. We have so much new information that we will have to meet for weeks to come to process it all - fun, can't wait!

Hi Becky & Cricket,
It was wonderful to finally meet you in person! Thanks for dinner and fun time last night! Meeting with Cricket was the best b-day gift 4 coral, so no special nylabone needed!
As promised, here is the link to GDUI online store where you can buy the harness sign.

Looks like you had a great time. It's always great to add more knowledge and understanding to what we already have. I bet you feel refreshed and ready to implement.
Sounds like a wonderful conference & what a bonus to see Natalie & Adam. Loved the photo of the flowers. Decided to go to Natalie's blog since I was sure she would have more pics. Gosh, they were lovely!
So glad you had a wonderful trip!
