O Magazine is in the Office

Yes, we subscribe to the O Magazine at our office. For some reason this month's must have gotten sent somewhere else (maybe the dentist has it next door). After several clients asking where is the new O Magazine Cricket and I bought one today to have in the office.
I want an orange and yellow bright spring outfit like Michelle's ... love the clear belt. She is an inspiring woman to me who seems to be authentic and grounded. She mentions in the article getting up at 4:30 am to exercise ... hmm, not going to happen here but I love that she says - My happiness is tied to How I feel about Myself. I want my girls to see a mother who takes care of herself. I'll be using that talking point in sessions to come. I hope you have the chance to do something today for yourself ... a self care activity. So important - I would love to hear what yours is! I love that Cricket comes home from her 'work day' and goes outside and runs a couple laps around the yard ... then chews on a bone - seems to be her release from the day.

That felt Soooooooo good.
Mirage always at my side just being.

Hope you can have the perfect Spring outfit and thrilled that Steve is back to work.

Nice connect with Michelle Obama, who seems to be a very extraordinary "ordinary" person. I wish I could take a couple of laps like Cricket, but I usually turn on Chris Matthews and enjoy the way he enjoys his two sided interviews asking hard questions on matters that are important for that day.
