I HEART Guide Dogs for the Blind

Guide Dogs for the Blind is one of the most amazing organizations ever! For the past 12 years every interaction that I have had with them has been their being so amazingly helpful, kind, and professional. Today certainly was no exception! Upon leaving the office, I loaded Cricket in the back of our SUV, pulled off her harness and had it in my hand along with quite a few other things - as I reached down to shut the door and Steve began to back out, the harness dropped, slid under the wheel and was run over before we could stop! I have a flat harness now ... I called Guide Dogs to let them know of my dilemma and she really could of said a lot of things questioning my judgment on this accident, but no she kindly said, Oh I'm so sorry that happened - we will get a new harness in the mail to you tomorrow. They are amazing ... and I hope someday I can repay them for all the goodness to me. Thank you!

That's wonderful that the school replace the harness for you. What a freak accident too. One would never have thought of it happening. But these things do happen and it's good the schools understands such things. Glad you gotten the harness so fast. Yes that goodness for fedx.
