Ecola National Park - what an adventure

Becky & Steve at the start of the trail ... can you believe this gorgeous backdrop!
Rod and Morton navigating this trail (Steve H & Connie in the back) ... Rod is a fabulous friend and mentor to me ... he is farther along on this RP Journey of Vision Loss - I guess another way of saying his actual vision is much dimmer than mine. He inspires me in all he does and he also makes me laugh - alot! I love his sense of humor and resiliency.
Stopping for a moment to catch our breath and pose for a picture!

I'm glad I didn't realize how high and close to the cliff we were! Cricket did wonderful guiding me around the tree roots, various elevations, etc. Good girl, Cricket. Looking forward to our next adventure!

So fun to see those pictures!! Even though I only lived there for 2 years, it's like seeing pictures of home for me! Glad you guys had a good trip.
