Cricket passing time during the DNC

I am not big on discussing politics - I usually leave that to my son, Kendall and my parents to have healthy debates. However, tonight I really enjoyed catching Senator Kennedy's speech (his tenacity to be there was inspiring enough) and loved hearing Michelle Obama speak and her cute daughters. (I am sure next week I will inspired by a speech or two at the RNC, too.) Cricket decided it was a good time to bring out every bone and kong that she owned. She is so funny - her first request is that you hold the bone for her while she chews on it. If you decline, then she will bring out several to choose to chew on!

At least she is capable of holding her bones herself...when Chelsie chews on her bones, she usually brings to me and expects ME to hold them while she chomps on it. This is usually after she has chewed on them herself for a few minutes and they are all nice and slimy.

Of course, when she brings them to me, I take them and indulge her..so you know what happens, she keeps bringing them to me...
