Family, friends and Cricket's puppy raising family at Graduation. What a beautiful experience. Natalie, our daughter and Adam were engaged while I was in class ... so graduation was Adam's first family vacation!
Cricket came home and entered life as a busy working guide. Lots of travel: Girls trip to California to plan Natalie's wedding, Trip for the Wedding, A couple visits to San Diego to visit Natalie and Adam, The Fall Luncheon in Portand.
Family Pictures with the new family members - Cricket and Adam
Busy year at the office with the addition of three new colleagues and Cricket and I worked a lot. Cricket was a busy two year old with lots of energy! I remember the day we felt like we clicked - walking up to Dick's Market and it just felt like we were ONE!

Great memories!
What fun to remember all the good adventures with Cricket by your side and a major part of the family.

So glad you're sharing these wonderful milestones. To borrow from ``Casablanca,'' it's great to recall ``the start of a beautiful friendship''! :-)
On the day you graduate with your new guide dog, we will be returning our pup, Nellie, that we have raised for a year for Leader Dogs for the Blind out of Michigan. I love reading your blog. Good luck and I am looking forward to meeting your new guide and hearing about your adventures.
Thank you so much for your sweet comments! Marisa - thank you for your incredible service - so inspiring!!
